The main Deity of this temple is God Shiva in form of Gauri Shankar, who is one of the principal
Deities of Hinduism. The temple contains shrines of various avatars (reincarnations) of God Vishnu
and Goddess Parvati as well.

The temple is planned as per ancient principles of Hindu Temple Architecture and Vastu Shastra. The
main structure of the temple Vaastu is east facing and octagonal in shape. The design of this temple
takes inspiration from the Somnath Temple in Gujarat, India, which is one of the most sacred
pilgrimage sites for Hindus.
